The bedrooms face east, so the morning sun wakes everyone before the alarm does.

Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan, 2025. 280 m².

We visit three times, morning, noon, and late afternoon, to note where the light comes in before we draw anything.
Floor plans, mood boards, and 3D drawings. Two major rounds of revisions are included.
Visits to makers and suppliers together with you. Every sample is sent to your home.
Our team oversees the builders every day until handover, then comes back a month later to check again.
Your first visit is free: an hour, a cup of coffee, and every material sample on the table. Bring your floor plan or photos of your home.
